You can see the Hochstaufen, Zwiesel and Fuderheuberg directly from the breakfast table.
If you open the window to the balcony, you will be greeted by the fresh, clear mountain air and every now and then you will hear the church bells ringing. You can watch the clouds drift past the mountain peaks and the sun slowly disappearing behind the mighty giants in the evening...
The apartment
Our Kaiserblick holiday apartment is accessible via the ground floor and can accommodate 2 adults and 1 small child.
The floor-to-ceiling windows reveal the fantastic view of the Stoißer Ache, the Teisenberg and the Staufen massif.
A bright, warm 56m² apartment with modern furnishings awaits you.
The location
Because we are so close to the motorway, you can quickly get to the surrounding communities and Salzburg and the journey is short. Be careful of the shortest motorway exit in Germany!
You can conveniently park your car directly in front of the holiday apartment and there is also a dry and safe place to store your bikes, skis or strollers just for you.
Sleep
The separate bedroom has a comfortable 180x200m box spring double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The windows can be completely darkened. If you need a travel cot, that's no problem. Please contact us.
Cook
Everything you need for cooking and preparing meals is there. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.
Living-dining area
In the living and dining area you will find an inviting 2-seater, 2 armchairs and a television. Free Wi-Fi is of course also included.
The dining table with a view of the mountain panorama is the perfect place to sit for relaxed meals and invites you to linger. A high chair and children's dishes are available if required.
bathroom
The comfortable bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, washing machine and dryer. A hairdryer is also available.
Welcome basket
We care for you!
If you like, we can provide you with a welcome basket with regional products. This way, you will be well stocked as soon as you arrive or for your first holiday breakfast.
It contains: butter and milk from the Berchtesgadener dairy in Piding, sausage from the Pickl family business, eggs from the neighborhood, bread and rolls from the Wolfgruber organic bakery and everything else you need for a real Bavarian snack.

Hi, I'm Manu - your host with heart and know-how.
I was born and raised here in the Berchtesgarden region and would like to share my love for this beautiful part of the world with you.
I love walking on our surrounding paths and am incredibly grateful for the relaxing, adjacent hiking trails.
Knowing that we have such beautiful lakes as Thumsee, Königssee or Chiemsee right on our doorstep - for me there is nothing better! Höglwörther See with its idyllic monastery is within walking distance in 15 minutes, even for a short walk "at night" with a stroller.
I am now a mother myself and I really enjoy watching our three children grow up here - with the mountain air in our noses, connected to nature.
In real life, I am a kindergarten teacher and, at the same time, I am living my dream of working as a doula supporting pregnant women during pregnancy and birth.
With our holiday apartment we are fulfilling another of our heart's desires.
“We” are our three kids, me and my husband Christoph.
Christoph
Christoph, a native of Upper Franconia, is a super dad and passionate mountain biker.
Whenever possible, you will find him on his bike. He knows our region very well from the saddle and is happy when our guests get on their bikes. He is on hand to give you tips and know-how.
He has been addicted to biking since he was a child and finds the concentration and precision on the flowing trails the perfect balance to his job as a computer scientist.
His favorite sundowner tour leads to the Stoißer Alm.
We simply love life here and want to share some of it with you. Alpine pastures and mountain lakes, tradition and modernity, home and guests from all over the world - everything so close together!
Living here is beautiful at any time of year.
